- You seem to have white lines around your color fills. This means that you are using the paint bucket or magic wand to do the base colors. You should avoid these, and add the base colors with a brush, so that you get a much cleaner work.
-You added a long shadow right under his nose, but it does not fit with the light source (to the right of Gaara), so it is kinda out of place. To correct this, move that shadow to the left of his nose (Gaara's left).
-It looks like the you added highlights to the lineart as well as the base skin and hair colors. Usually, you should leave the lineart untouched and in its own layer. This will make the picture less fuzzy.
Great job! The next step is to color a larger pic, and use thinner brushes to produce sharp, detailed shading.
